A mixed catalogue of 65 lots has been released for the Goresbridge July Sale, which takes place on Friday the 21st of July. An example of value to be found at the sale include Aidan Fitzgerald’s €1,700 buy Kupatana (IRE). After winning her point-to-point debut by eight lengths at Monksgrange, she was sold on for the much-increased price of £120,000.

Selling begins at 1pm at the County Kilkenny sales venue, where offerings include:

  • Half-brother to Listed hurdle second Call The Taxie (IRE), out of a half-sister to Galway Hurdle winner Farmer Brown (IRE) (Lot 11)
  • Exceed And Excel half-sister to Oriental Song (IRE), who won her maiden by six lengths last month (Lot 19)
  • Half-sister to American Grand National third Sharp Rise (IRE) (Lot 21)
  • Getaway filly out of a Flemensfirth half-sister to Listed winner Return Spring (IRE) (Lot 24)
  • Cape Cross (IRE) filly out of an unraced half-sister to Group 2 winner Emerald Commander (IRE), who finished second in the Group 1 Criterium International (Lot 31)
  • Fame And Glory half-sister to Listed winner Mister Hotelier (IRE) (Lot 34)
  • High Chaparral (IRE) half-sister to three black-type horses, out of a Listed-winning mare, from the family of Grade 1 winner Alcando and Prix Saint-Alary second Epic Love (IRE) (Lot 47)
  • Dutch Art half-sister to two winners, out of a half-sister to two Stakes winners and to the dam of No Nay Never (Lot 51)
  • Robin Des Pres half-sister to Listed hurdle winner Two Scoops (IRE) (Lot 62)
  • Winning half-sister to multiple Stakes winner Illustrious Blue, covered by new sire Estidhkaar (IRE) (Lot 65)
