The feature race at Goodwood on Thursday was the Listed Height Of Fashion Stakes which was won by the Eve Johnson Houghton-trained MAGNOLIA SPRINGS (IRE). The Anthony and Sonia Rogers-owned filly raced as the back marker at the beginning of the race and having travelled well into the final fraction she pressed to the front on the outside and saw the trip out well to score by two and three-quarter lengths.

The daughter of Shamardal was bred and sold by Arlie Stud at the Goffs Orby Sale where she was picked up by BBA Ireland for €105,000. Her first dam, Rainbow City (IRE) is an own sister to Group 2 Freer Stakes victor Multicoloured (IRE) and a half-sister to Grand Prix de Saint-Cloud hero Gamut (IRE). Irish Derby runner-up Galileo Rock (IRE) and Group 1 E P Taylor Stakes hero Tannery (IRE) are from the extended family.
